yore.fun (the “Service”) is a client-side interface for a set of public smart contracts on Injective. There is nothing to sign up for and nothing resembling a user account, so this policy is mostly about what we deliberately avoid collecting — and what we can’t avoid seeing once you connect a wallet and start interacting with a public blockchain.
There’s no registration flow on yore.fun, so none of the following is ever requested by the interface:
Running the interface and keeping it working means a small amount of data does pass through:
No ad trackers, no cross-site cookies. The only thing stored locally is what’s needed to skip re-doing the same setup on every visit — your waiver acknowledgment, RPC choice, and last-used wallet. Clear your browser data and it resets, including the risk waiver prompting you again.
The narrow set of data described above is used to:
Nothing here is sold, and we’re not building a profile on you for advertising purposes — that’s simply not a business we’re in.
Every launch, buy, sell, and transfer you make through the Service lands permanently on a public ledger. Anyone with a block explorer can look it up, tie it to your address, and follow it forward or backward in time. Addresses aren’t truly anonymous — once one gets linked to a real identity, that person’s whole on-chain history comes with it. None of that is something we can undo, redact, or scrub on your behalf; it’s outside anyone’s control, including ours.
A handful of third parties sit between you and the chain, each with its own privacy practices we have no say over:
Worth reading their policies separately before relying on them.
Server logs get purged or anonymized once they’ve served their purpose. Anything written to a blockchain, or pinned to decentralized storage, is a different story — it’s effectively permanent and none of it can be pulled back once it’s out.
We take reasonable steps to secure the parts of the stack we control, but no software is bulletproof and no transmission method is guaranteed. Your wallet’s security is entirely on you. If anything ever asks you for a seed phrase or private key and claims to be us, it isn’t — we never ask for either.
The Service is built for adults. It isn’t directed at anyone under 18, and we don’t knowingly collect anything from minors.
We’ll update the date at the top whenever this changes. Sticking around and using the Service after that counts as accepting whatever changed.
Questions go through yore.fun’s official community channels. One last reminder: because we’re non-custodial, we will never need — and will never ask for — your seed phrase or private keys.
